3 of The Best Venues For B2B Events in Paris

Je t'aime, Paris! Last year alone, I spent at least one week per month in Paris living a marketer's dream - planning events in some of the most beautiful "arrondissements" (er, neighborhoods) that Paris has to offer!

When you think of Paris, I'm sure you think of historic, chic, extravagant venues. And, I'm assuming you also think 'high cost.' But what if I told you that you could have a gorgeous, memorable event for your top-tier or dream clients, all while sticking to your budget? Well, my friend, you can!

From small workshops and seminars to intimate executive dinners or large customer summits, there is a venue for you in Paris. Today I'm excited to share my top 3 for B2B events on any budget!

#1: Best for ‘doing it all’: La Maison des Centraliens

I can't recommend La Maison des Centraliens enough! Last year while working for a leading enterprise SEO platform, I planned a 150-person customer summit in this gorgeous space.

Why do I recommend it? Aside from the picture-perfect location and the stunning marble spiral staircase, this space will leave your guests feeling like royalty while you stick to your budget.

If you're planning a small workshop or private dining experience for a small group, this space has a private classroom with an open-space conservatory off the side and a gold-embellished private dining room perfect for wowing your guests. Each of these spaces offers an affordable space for you to host your event.

However, if you're planning a large event, this space is also the perfect space for you! In addition to the training room and smaller dining room, there is a chic communal space to wine and dine with guests over fresh charcuterie boards before heading into the giant, traditionally Parisian presentation room.

#2: Best for the intimate VIP event: Taillevent

If the private dining space in La Maison des Centraliens isn't 'wow-factor' enough for you and your guests, take it up a notch by hosting an exclusive dinner at the renowned Taillevent restaurant.

An example of how to take your event to the next level? Last year I hosted an intimate dinner event of 20 C-level executives in Taillevent's beautiful dining room. We followed the meal with an evening of casino games in their private event room.

With the event space on the upper floor, your guests are immediately welcomed into an exclusive evening filled with your unique brand.

Another plus? It's budget-friendly!

#3: Best for workshops and seminars: Le Cnit

If workshops and training sessions are more your thing, then take a mini-step outside Paris city center and explore Le Cnit.

Based inside a shopping center, Le Cnit is an incredible space full of big and small workshop spaces and a giant networking space to host an evening reception or party.

While there isn't exactly a private entrance, once inside, your guests will feel an immediate connection with your brand.

From break-out sessions and an evening reception to a large networking event, this space is perfect for any B2B event needs you may have.
